You accept these Terms of Use when you access or use CreatorGoat Marketplace services. If you do not agree, you should not use marketplace features. Continued use after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Users must meet legal age and legal capacity requirements in their jurisdiction to transact on the platform.
• You are responsible for your account credentials, security settings, and all activity under your account.
• Account information must remain accurate, complete, and current at all times.
• Sellers must provide truthful identity, tax, and compliance information when requested.
• Sellers must provide a valid business address, and where required, that address must match submitted verification records.

CreatorGoat operates a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Sellers control their listings and fulfillment obligations, while buyers control purchase decisions and payment authorization. CreatorGoat may facilitate communications, checkout, operational controls, and dispute handling under these policies.

• Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, product descriptions, image authenticity, inventory availability, and lawful sales conduct.
• Listings must not include counterfeit, illegal, stolen, misleading, unsafe, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited goods.
• Sellers are responsible for product quality, packaging, shipping readiness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Misrepresentation or deceptive listing practices may result in removal actions, restrictions, payout controls, or account suspension.

• Buyers should review listing details, size/specification information, disclosed processing windows, and return eligibility before purchase.
• Buyers must provide accurate shipping and contact details and cooperate with support requests for order resolution.

• Payments are processed through supported payment providers and related service partners.
• Orders may be delayed, canceled, rejected, refunded, or placed under review for fraud, abuse, compliance, security, or operational risk controls.
• CreatorGoat may request additional confirmation or documentation where transaction safety concerns are identified.

• Eligible return requests generally must be submitted within 7 days after confirmed delivery.
• Return and refund decisions are subject to policy eligibility, item condition, category restrictions, and available supporting evidence.
• Certain products are final sale and non-returnable for hygiene, safety, contamination, or product-integrity reasons.
• Buyers may be required to return approved items before refunds are completed, unless otherwise required by law or platform decision.

• Sellers are expected to ship orders within 3 to 4 business days after purchase unless a different processing timeline is clearly disclosed.
• Repeated failure to ship on time may trigger account review, listing restrictions, payout holds, suspension, or account deactivation.
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier, customs, weather, or regional delivery constraints.

Buyers and sellers agree to cooperate in good faith with dispute investigations, including evidence requests related to delivery, product condition, communications, and transaction history. Users must also cooperate with chargeback or payment dispute workflows initiated through financial institutions or payment processors.

Users may not upload, sell, or distribute products or content that infringes intellectual property rights, including trademark, copyright, patent, trade dress, or related brand protections. CreatorGoat may remove allegedly infringing materials and apply enforcement actions, including account restrictions or termination.

CreatorGoat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove listings, deny feature access, hold payouts when commercially or legally appropriate, request additional documentation, and terminate accounts for policy violations, legal risk, fraud, abuse, or repeated operational failure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, marketplace services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and CreatorGoat disclaims implied warranties where legally permitted. CreatorGoat is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of marketplace use, transaction outcomes, or third-party service disruptions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreatorGoat and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs resulting from your listings, transactions, policy breaches, legal violations, or misuse of the platform.

CreatorGoat may revise these terms at any time to address legal, operational, product, or risk-management needs. Updated terms become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Users should review this page regularly.

These terms are intended to operate under generally applicable commercial and consumer principles in relevant jurisdictions. Governing-law treatment may vary based on user location, transaction context, and mandatory legal requirements.
