This Marketplace Policy sets practical operational standards for sellers and buyers, including verification, listing quality, shipping expectations, return handling, and policy enforcement controls.

Seller Verification Standards
- Sellers must provide valid identity details and truthful onboarding information.
- Sellers must provide a valid address and keep it current.
- Where verification checks require it, seller business address information must match submitted verification data.
- CreatorGoat may request additional compliance or verification documents before or after account activation.
Product Listing Standards
- Listings must use honest photos and accurate descriptions of product condition, quantity, and attributes.
- Sellers may not use misleading titles, deceptive claims, or manipulated representations intended to misinform buyers.
- Inventory and availability details must remain accurate so buyers receive reliable purchase outcomes.
Prohibited and Restricted Products
The marketplace prohibits counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, stolen, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise restricted goods. CreatorGoat may remove listings and restrict seller access where products present legal, health, safety, authenticity, or platform integrity risks.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Products
For hygiene, safety, contamination, and product-integrity reasons, certain categories may be non-returnable and final sale, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
- Opened or used creams, lotions, body products, and skincare products.
- Opened perfume, fragrance, or cologne products.
- Personal-care or hygiene items once opened or used.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Digital downloads after access or delivery, where applicable.
- Other health, hygiene, or contamination-sensitive items identified by policy or listing disclosure.
Seller Fulfillment Standards
- Sellers should ship orders within 3 to 4 business days after purchase, unless a different processing window is clearly disclosed.
- Sellers must keep inventory counts accurate and avoid selling unavailable items.
- Sellers must upload valid tracking details when required for order verification and support handling.
- Repeated shipping failures or late dispatch may trigger enforcement actions, including warnings, listing limitations, payout delays or holds, seller review, suspension, and account deactivation.
Returns and Refund Rules
- Eligible return requests generally must be made within 7 days after delivery.
- Return approval may depend on item condition, product category, evidence provided, and policy eligibility.
- Buyers may need to return items before refund completion when applicable.
- Sellers must process approved returns and related steps in a timely manner.
- CreatorGoat may step in to resolve disputes, fraud concerns, abuse patterns, or policy enforcement needs.
- The platform may deny abusive or repeated bad-faith return behavior.
Platform Enforcement Rights
- Remove listings that violate policy or create risk exposure.
- Hold payouts where legally or commercially appropriate.
- Request additional documents for verification, compliance, or dispute review.
- Deny or limit seller access to specific marketplace features.
- Suspend or deactivate accounts for policy violations, fraud, abuse, or repeated non-compliance.
- Investigate marketplace activity related to fraud, abuse, or policy breaches.
